I cannot say enough great things about this agency...

I have worked with Skyline – more specifically, Jayne at Skyline – for the past 10 years. I cannot say enough great things about this agency and Jayne. In the past, I had never had any sort of relationship with my insurance provider, but since working with Jayne, that has all changed for me. Jayne has personally helped me work through optimizing my coverage and carriers, talk through a couple of major claims that I had to make, and has been nothing short of a trusted advisor to me and a calming voice when things were stressful. If you are even remotely considering switching insurance carriers or have general questions, go to Skyline first!

I have used Jane at this agency since I moved to Illinois. She is terrific. Very knowledgeable and always finds me the best price and quality. I have used her agency for all my insurance needs and am highly satisfied. Call her she is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

They never fail to provide fantastic service with reasonable rates.

I’ve been a Skyline customer the whole 14 years I’ve been in Chicago, and a lifelong Erie customer before that. They never fail to provide fantastic service with reasonable rates. Jayne is by far the best part of Skyline insurance. Sure, the rates are nice, but she is incredibly knowledgeable, super helpful, and one of the friendliest people I’ve ever spoken with over the phone. We need more Jaynes in the world. Be like Jayne.

We are beyond pleased to have found Skyline and grateful to work with them...

After discovering an unexpected issue with our insurance and former agent, Jane at Skyline went above and beyond with restoring coverage, answering questions, and securing a much better bulk plan than we had previously, all within an extremely quick timefame. The customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge cannot be beat. We are beyond pleased to have found Skyline and grateful to work with them for years to come.

Couldn't be happier...

Man, this review makes me feel like a grown up. So I own my place. It’s not easy, lemme tell ya. The powers that be (management/mortgage lender) want to make sure if something blows up, or catches fire (which if you know me, is entirely too possible) that damages will be insured. In steps Skyline Insurance Agency. I’ve been with them for 2 years, without a hiccup. Mind you, I’ve not had any issues…thus far, but I have good faith that I’d be taken care of. They call in to check with me on renewals, have auto debit (a mere $22 per month to insure the inside of my dwelling), and every time I call/email to get info/copies of insurance etc, they email it right over. Couldn’t be happier…if you gotta be a grownup, at least there are places like this to make it a bit easier :

I've always had great customer service from Ron & his staff.

In 2003 I was at a point where I almost couldn’t afford to bring my newly purchased car home from the dealer because I couldn’t afford the ridiculous insurance quotes I was getting. Then I was referred to Ron at Skyline & that all changed. I got an incredibly fair quote on a great coverage plan from Erie. They are thorough, friendly & most importantly, appreciative of their clients. I’ve always had great customer service from Ron & his staff.

They provide great customer service and I've never had any issues.

Best insurance quote I could find. When I first moved to the city I was 25 and owned a brand new car. Most insurance companies wanted 2-300 per month. Skyline quoted me 125. They provide great customer service and I’ve never had any issues.
